4)  As soon as I receive your order form and payment, I will immediately send you the QUICKSTATS program via e-mail.  You can expect to receive it 3-5 days after ordering.  QUICKSTATS is a spreadsheet template, so you must have access to a spreadsheet program.  I recommend Microsoft Excel or Lotus 1-2-3, but any spreadsheet program will work.
